Abstract:
Experimental DIC model was performed by infusion of thrombin and PAMBA. The rate of glomerular microthrombosis was declined from 56% of the control group to 26% of the treated 2h after venous injection of defibrinogenase. The reduction of pletelet count of the treated group (7.9 ?1.17) was more less than the control ( 3.1? 1.44).
