Abstract:
Twenty male wistar rats were divided into naloxone group and control group, and their backs were dipped into boiling water, which resulted in deep Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree burn of about 20% of BSA.Naloxone or normal saline were injected into lateral ventricle and electrocardiogram (ECG) was recorded every 30 minutes.The results showed that the ECG of burned rats had not only a prolonged P-P, P-R, QT interval and QRS, but also an elevated ST segment and R wave.
