Abstract:
In the present study, leucocytes, lymphocytes and various lymphocyte subsets, as defined by mixture rosette test, serum IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and circulating immune complex (CIC) in peripheral blood were investigated in 117 patients with hepatoce-llular carcinoma (HCC). A compared analysis was also done among HCC, cirrhosis snd normal control group. The results indicate that leucocytes, lymphocytes and T lymphocytes did not asignificantly change, as compared with normal control group. However, Ea rosette-iorming cells and lymphocyte transformation rate were obviously decreased and serum fmmunoglobulins, C3 and ClC positive rate were markedly increased in HCO with Itage III as compared with cirrhosis group. The changes of cellular and humoral immune response in HCC correlated with clinical disease course of patients with HCC.To observe the cellular and humoral immune changes in HCC is useful for evaluating mmunity of patients and selecting correctly immunotherapy.
