Abstract: Five cases of artificial prosthetics arthroplasty of proximal part of femur were reported.The indications were low-grade malignant and recurrent bone tumors. Follo-ing resection of pathogenetic part of femur, th: remained defect were replaced by the artificial prosthetic to the proximal femoral part and acctabulum.The operative technique was discribed in this paper.The patients were encouraged ambulatory early.Five cases were followed-up and good result were obtained.
