Abstract:
This paper is to report the results of the experimental study on the effects of the explosion sound waves on the hearing power and the activities of succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) and malic dehydrogenase (MDH) of the cochlea tissues in guinea pigs. The alterations of the hearing power and the activities of the two enzymes were monitored with auditory physiological and histochemical methods respectively.
