Abstract:
Invitro poisonons intensity of Zerumbon (isolated from rhizoma of gingiber zerumbet collected in Tam Dao) to concerous cells and its antimicrobial activity. Benzen, ethylacetat and methanol liquid extracts of rhizoma of gingiber containing Zerumbon as main component were studied for determining their toxicity on 3 cancer cell lines Hcp 2, RD and KB. Cristalyzed Zerumbon manifest antinicrobial activities on Gram + B.sublilis (MIC 50kg/ml), Aspergilus niger (MIC 50kg/ml) and cytotoxic activity on cancer cells
