Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of bisphenol A on SD rat Sertoli cell function and the injury mechanism. Methods SD rat Sertoli cells were treated with bisphenol A at different doses,and the control group,solvent control group were set. Sertoli cell proliferation,cell cycle and PCNA,Vimentin protein expression. were observed.
