Abstract:
Establish DNA polymorphism methods (PCR/RFLP) with marker Bcl1 restriction enzyme on intron 18 for detecting mothers who carried an abnormal X chromosome with hemophilia and transfer to their sons. 4 of 9 families carried intron 18-related mutations of hemophilia A and these mothers transfered mutations to their sons to cause hemophilia patients
