Abstract:
Genoma AND was isolated from peripheral white blood cell from 3 patients with Parkinson disease early developed. T19249C belonging 2nd exon of Parkin gene in a male parkinson patient was determined but there was no change in aminoacid encoded by this codon. The study had deteced the change of T19433C of 2nd intron in 2 patients. Not any change in nucleosid sequence of 3rd exon of parkin gene in a parkinson patient of young age onset of the disease
