Abstract:
Objective To investigate the affects of aerobic endurance training on the endocrine function of the cardiovascular under the different conditions of unexposed and exposed to nonylphenol(NP) in the rats. Methods Seventy-two rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: unexposed control group, unexposed training control group, the low, moderate and high dosage quiet exposed groups, the low, moderate and high dosage training exposed groups, nine rats in each group. The training group without loading aerobic endurance swimming, the low, moderate and high dosage exposed to NP at doses of 11,44,176 mg/kg,respectively,the concentrations of plasma of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) for each group were determined during the experiment. Results ANP of the training control group was significantly increased compared with the quiet control one(P0.05),but the moderate and high dosage ones presented obvious decreasing trend than the unexposed control one(P
