Abstract:
Objective To determine the toxice effects of nano aluminium oxide (NAOs)to N9 cells in vitro. Methods The morphological changes of N9 cells induced by 0-125 ?g/ml NAOs and nNAOs were observed with phase-control microscope. The viability and apoptosis of N9 cells line after being exposed to 0-500 ?g/ml NAOs and nNAOs 24 h were detected by MTT and Hoechst 33258. Flow cytometry was used to quantify the efficiency of N9 apoptosis induced by 0-200 ?g/ml NAOs. Results After being exposused to NAOs,the morphology of N9 cell changed,and cell apoptosis was observed in a time-and dose-depended manner.
