Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and CD44v6 protein in gastric cancer(GC) and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of survivin and CD44v6 protein in 120 cases of GC,30 cases of gastric epithelial dysplasia(GED) and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa(NGM).The pathological features of GC and clinical follow-up data were also analyzed.Results The positive rate of survivin and CD44v6 was 75.8% and 81.7%,respectively,in primary GC.The positive rate of survivin and CD44v6 in GC was higher than that in GED and NGM(P
