Abstract:
LevelⅠ&Ⅱ proofs of Evidence-based medicine support the safety of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in breast cancer. The accurate staging of axilla, the axillary recurrence rate and complication, radiologic safety and the new indications of SLNB were discussed respectively.
