Abstract:
Objective:To explore whether the recombinant plasmid PcDNA3.1/ sTNFRⅠcould be expressed properly in mice.Methods:The recombinant plasmid PcDNA3.1/sTNFRⅠand the empty vector PcDNA3.1 were directly injected into the right tibialis anterior muscle of each 6 mice respectively.
