Abstract:
Objective To study the abnormality of fiber tracts of limbic lobes using diffusion tensor imaging( DTI ) in patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease . Methods DTI were obtained in 17 normal aging elderly control subjects and 17 patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease.
