Abstract:
Objective To probe the correlation between the short-axis diameter(SD) of microwave coagulation and the time(T) and/or power(P) using a new type of internally cooled microwave antenna. Methods A MTC-3 microwave apparatus with a new type of internally-cooled microwave antenna was used to coagulate a fresh porcine liver in vitro.
