Abstract:
Study 134 neonatal pneumonia who admitted National Institute of Pediatrics from 2001 December to 2002 November. Tracheal secretions of patients were cultured for bacteria caused pneumonia and appropriate antibiotics. Results: Common bacteria caused pneumonia were bacteria gram (-), the highest was Klebsilla pneumoniae, that resisted most of common antibiotics, and well sensitised with amikacine and 3rd and 4th generation cephalosporines and tienam.
