Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of hyaluronidase and VEGF on human breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Methods By means of ELSA and immunohistochemistry, hyaluronidase and VEGF were detected in breast cancer. Results Hyaluronidase were (3.99?1.91) mU/g, (8.01?2.59) mU/g and (12.00?3.96) mU/g in gradeⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ of breast cancer respectively.
