Abstract:
Objective To study the pattern of cellular proliferation and apoptosis in different part of colorectal cancer and its relation to patients' prognosis. Methods The expression of PCNA and Fas protein were investigated by immunohistochemistry in cancer mucosa, cancer adjacent mucosa and cancer distant mucosa of 76 cases of colorectal cancer, and the patients prognosis were investigated too.
