Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of cooking oil fume condensate on the frequencies of chromosome aberration and micronucleus of peripheral blood lymphocytes. Methods The human peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured in vitro for 24 h, then added cooking oil fume condensate(4, 6, 8, 10 ?l respectively) into the medium and the related indexes were tested.
