Abstract:
Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy of molybdenum target radiography for breast carcinoma.Methods The X-ray findings of breast carcinoma in 48 cases confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed.Results Among 48 cases,38 cases showed mass,36 presented clustered calcifications,5 cases had duct dilation,3 appeared thickened skin,4 cases had the infundibular sign,5 cases had abnormal vessel,6 cases had the sign of top-tower,8 cases had the sign of ox-horn.Conclusion Molybdenum target mammography is one of the effective means in diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
