Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of CT,MRI,MRCP in diagnosing biliary obstruction. Methods 30 patients with biliary obstructive diseases confirmed by pathology or clinical data were examined by CT,MRI,MRCP.Results The accuracy of location of obstructive level with CT,MRI,MRCP were 86.7%,93.3%,100% respectively.The accuracy of quality of biliary obstruction with CT,MRI,CT+MRI+MRCP were 80%,73%,90% respectively.Conclusion The combination of CT,MRI,MRCP can increase the accuracy of diagnosis of location and quality of the diseases.
