Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of several enhancers on transdermal permeation of berberine hydrochloride. Methods The penetration rate of berberine hydrochloride through rat skin in 30% ethanol-water was measured using the penetration experiment apparatus. Samples were withdrawn from the receptor solution at certain time intervals and assayed by HPLC method.
