Abstract:
In this paper, the main idea of Holloway's System Approach Supervision Model,including relationship, task, function, and ethical issue of supervision is introduced. Based on the discussion about SAS, the author believes that SAS model can share some insight for the developing clinical supervision in China, because of its advantage of simply structure and operationality. At the same time, the author presents that, in practice, the different social-cultural contexts between U.S.A. and China should be considered when using the SAS model in China.
