Abstract:
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the closed pancreas damage complicat- ed with main pancreas pipe break.Methods 17 in hospital cases during the recent 10 years were retrospectively an- alyzed and the feature,diagnosis and operation were analyzed.Before and in the process of operation,these cases were graded by AAST to determine the degree of pancreas damage and to treat with different surgical methods.Re- sults After operation,there were 4 cases of complicated leak (23.5%),cured after drainage within 12 to 60 days; 2 cases of abdomen infection(11.77%),4 cases of cut infection (23.53%).No surgical death occured.Conclusion The prompt operation on pancreas damage is helpful for reducing the complications and improving the healing rate.
