Abstract:
Objective To study the diagnostic value in examination of cat scratch disease with CT.Methods The features of contrast enhanced CT scans in 3 cases with cat scratch disease proved by pathology and operation were analysed.Results Three cases all had clear scratches and contact history,lymph node enlargement along the regional lymphatic drainage was seen and presented as circular enhancementon CT.Conclusion To untypical patients with cat-scratch disease the contrast enhanced CT scans can show the local lymphatic pathological change and may help to comfirm the diagnosis.
