Abstract:
Objective To study the mutagenicity of water of man-made lake from Wujiang River in Jinhua. Methods The mutagenicities of water samples collected from 7 representative sampling points in man-made lake in Wujiang River were detected with micronucleus test in vicia faba root tip cells in Oct. 2000 and Oct. 2001 in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
