Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the use of spiral Double J stent in the treatment of complica ted ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods Spiral Double J stent was inserted in 52 patients with complicated ureteral calculi before ESWL,and the conventional Double J stent was inserted in 45 patients as control.
