Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of 17? estradiol (E 2) on the expression of membrane type 1 matrix metalloproteinase (MT1 MMP) in human osteosarcoma cell line MG 63. Methods The expression of MT1 MMP protein in MG 63 cells were assayed with Western blot and immunohistochemical method. The activity of MMP 2 was determined by gelatin zymogram and ELISA.
