Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of lung volume in pneumothorax by CT.Methods 1.17 artificial lung models were scanned by SHIMADZU SCT-7000 TH whole body scanner system and their volumes were determined by using the volume-calculated function of CT.2.The actual volume of the models were equal to the volume of water injection by the models.Results The actual and calculated volumes of lung were 2893.47?29.22 ml and 2894.32?28.47 ml respectively.A good correlation(?=0.9860,?
