Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO).Methods The results of 26 cases of EPISBO were analysed.Results 26 cases were all cured through gastroenteral decompression,somatostatin,TNP,dexamethasone and other medication in an average of 13.5 days.There was no reoperation.Conclusion EPISBO oftern occurs in 4～7 days after operation.EPISBO has the typical clinical features.Conservative treatment can cure EPISBO.
