Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of bifidobiogen with enzyme inductor(luminal, nikethamidum) in treatment early neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 92 babies with early neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were divided into 2 groups, randomly. 49 patients were treated with bifidobiogen 350 mg/(kg. d) and phototherapy. Other 43 patients were treated with enzyme lnductor luminal 5mg/(kg. d) ; nikethamidum 100mg/(kg. d)and phototherapy as the control group.
