Abstract:
Mutagenesis of a river Polluted by industry and well near this that were studied using Ames test,Micronucleus of the bone marrow in mice,of the fatal-liver in mice,and Tradescantia-micronucleus(Trad-MCN)methods.The results indicated that both river and well water caused Ames test positive reaction(Rt/Rc=5.19,4.98).Both had also been positive reaction in bone marrow and fotal-liver micro-nucleus (P
