Abstract:
Features of the B—ultrasound and treating process in 34 cases renal injuries were reviewed. The contused wound, lacerated wound of the parenchyma, laceration of the integument and wound of pedicle of kidney can be demarcated by the ultrasound. The basis ultrasonic types are discussed in detail. Ultrasonic examination of different types are accurate and reasonable, and combined the clinic, pathologic types with treatment. The ultrasonic diagnosis is safe, are not limited by the condition of the desease. The pathologieal process may he examined in dynamic manner by B—ultrasound. So, the diagnostic value, of B—ultrasound is superior to that of IVU or CT. It is advocated to choose first ultrasonic examination after kidney injuries.
