Abstract:
The McAb and APAAP method were used in the studies on the expression of some lym-phocyte associated antigens(CDs)and HLA—DP in the human fetal liver of 6—11 wks, emby roniclage,It is showed that to CD7~+,or CD2~+ cells was detected in fetal liver of 6—11 wks,indi-cating that probably no in-suit generating of T lymphocyte occured in human early fetal liver. The expression of some B lymphocyte associated antigens was found to be varied. No CD19~+,CD20~+ or CD22~+ cells was observed. As contrast,The CD9~+ CD10~+ and CD38~+ cells were found with increased percentage during 6 to 11 wks in fetal liver, this suggest that these three antigens appeared before the presence of pre—B cells in fetal liver.CD9,CD10 and CD38 antigens, being found existing in cells which varied in size and shape, probably are the common antigens shared by progenitors of more than one lineages of hemapoietic cells in fetal liver. The histocompatibility antigen HLA—DP is also positive during 6—11 wks.In frozen scetions, the CD9 ~+,CD~+,CD38~+and HLA—DP~+ cells were scatted singly over the fetal liver in random. But after 8 or 10 wks ofgestational age, some positiwe cells aggregations were found, probably indicating the prolifera—tion of these cells.
