Abstract:
The development of pre-B cells in human early fetal liver(6-11wks)was studied by using anti-McAb,combined with APAAP method. The results showed that pre-B cells, including two subpopulations(round and elliptic),appeared first in one of 6.7 wks fetal liver and then in all specimens from week 7 to 11.The differentiated stage of elliptic pre-B cells was possibly arlier than the round ones. The amount of ?~+ cells arised continuly during the 7th to 11th week. Those cells were scattered singly over the liver, and no pre-B cells proliferation was observes.
