Abstract:
The super severe combined immunodeficient mice(superscid)is a newly established mouse strain which was constructed by introducing the bg gene into C.B-17 scid mice.To identify its cellular immunologic haracteristics,we examined the T、natural killer(NK)and lymphokine-activated killer (LAK)cell activity in this mouse strain. The NK cell activity was studied by measuring the cytotoxicity to NK sensitive cell(YAC-1)and the influence of poly Ⅰ-C on it.The LAK cell activity was examined by measuring the cytotoxicity aganist NK resistant cell(p815).The spleen cells of B.C.B-17 scid-beige mice lacked responsiveness to a T cell mitogen (concanavalin A 5?g/ml,600.004?207.84cpm,266.67?29.84cpm for scid mice,p0.05);showed a low LAK cell activity(6.40?6.9 for B.C.B-17 Scid-beige mice,vs 72.3?14.1% for C.B- 17 scid mice at IL-2 250u/ml;E/T 00:1,3 days,P
