Abstract:
The experiment route was designed again on the basis of the method to measure the blood pressure of the tail or the hind leg in rats. The method of pressing pulse belt was transformed into that of the synchronous change of light-source, pressure andvolume in the tails of rats or mice, so many shortcomings of this experiment overcome, For examples, the recorded ultimate point was blurred due to animal activity, results could no be repeated and temprature was to be increased. The experimental equipment is simple with convenient procedure, and mice or rats can be used for the experiment. The method is also economical.
