Abstract:
In order to study the changes of cardiac function in adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathyadriamycin had been given to the rats in a small dosage(1mg/kg body weight, every week) for ten weeks. Cardiac functions were measured after the pretreatment. The results indicated that: 1. arterial blood pressure, cardiac output, stroke volume and heart rate had not changed significantly; 2. left ventricular spike pressure had not changed but ?dp/dtmax decreased by 14%(Control 728.88?38.39 KPa/s, ADM 626.77?25.59 P
