Abstract:
Changes of TSI level in 30 cases of Graves' disease undergoing long-term antithyroid drug treatment were studied with 22 normals as control. The patients were divided into 3 groups. The serum TSI activities were 282? 230% and 113?112% in group A (including 15 symptomatic cases following the treatment for 0-2 months) and group B (including 10 cases in remission and 7 cases from group A following the treatment for 12-26 months) respectively.
