Abstract:
Four hybridomas which produce the monoclonal antibodies against C-reactive protein(CRP)were reported.ELISA was used to screen the hybridomas secreting monoclonal antibodies to CRP,and subcloning was carried out by limited dilution. These two sets of monoclonal antibodies by GHB7 and GHB10 were purified from ascites by the use of QAE-Sephadex A50.The purity of these two sets of antibodies which was tested by SDS gel elctrophoresis,showed one band only.Isoelectrefocus- ing was performed and showed that IP of the two types of antibodies is about pH 5.0-5.5,The subclass of four antibodies was IgG2b,IgG2a IgA,IgM respectively. The experimental conditions of preparation of hybridomas were discussed.
