Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To explore the level of thyroid hormone in aged female patients with chronic hepatitis C before and after treated with interferon. METHODS:The level of thyroid hormone was detected in 13 aged female patients with chronic hepatitis C treated with interferon at different time points. 15 aged male patients,26 young and middle-aged patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C and 20 healthy subjects were used as control groups.
