Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To investigate effect of valsanan on heart function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).METHODS:A total of 113 CHF patients were assigned into 2 groups.Both group received routine therapy and observation group were additionally treated with valsanan.Clinical efficacies of 2 groups before and after treatment were observed in terms of cardiac function classification,LVIDD,SV,CO,LVEF and 6 min walking test.RESULTS:In observation group,the incidence of improvement of the cardiac function was higher than in control group(P
