Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Fuliang capsules.METHODS: HPLC was carried out on Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(15 ∶ 85).The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm at flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.RESULTS: The linear range of paeoniflorin were 12.84～102.72 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 100.18%(RSD=1.46%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate for quality control of Fuliang capsules.
