Abstract:
Medical institutions bear the important task of cultivating medical professional talents,and superb medical technology level and decent moral quality are the basic objectives of personnel training.Morality construction related to the overall level of teachers in medical institutions,thus it is a critical content of college personnel management to focus on the practical status quo of young teachers in medical institutions and innovate new ways of morality education.
