Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of SNMC combined with calcium gluconate in the treatment of allergic purpura. METHODS: 86 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group (n=46)and control group(n=40). Control group were injected with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL (i.v. gtt) once a day for 14 days. Treatment group were given SNMC injection 20～80 mL added into 5% glucose 250 mL (i.v. gtt) at the same time administered with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL once a day (i.v. gtt) for 14 days.
