Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mesalazine combined with bifid triple viable for ulcerative colitis. METHODS:66 patients with mild and moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups.treatment group 33 patients orally took mesalazine entero-soluble capsule combined with bifid triple viable capsule control group. Other 33 patients orally took mesalazine entero-soluble capsule. The total effective rate and the number of complete remission case,effective case and noneffective case in two groups were calculated. RESULTS:Good efficacies were achieved in two groups. The cemplete remission rate in treatment group 72.73% was significantly higher than in control group 51.52% with no obvious ADR(P
