Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Qianlie kangxin granules.METHODS: The sample was determined on DiamonsilTM C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water-formic acid(25∶10∶64∶1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.206～1.854 ?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate for salvianolic acid B was 98.0%(RSD=1.5%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The established method is simple,reliable,stable in results and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control of Qianlie kangxin granules.
