Abstract:
The vegetative being in persistent vegetative state(PVS) is after all human being in a serious sense,and thus should enjoy certain legal rights.However,expensive attending cost and poor prognosis constitute the greatest obstacles in the healthcare for vegetative beings.A systematic attending mechanism with family members and other social members involved for vegetative beings should be established within the society,in order to develop humanistic spirit and provide a peaceful and painless approach for vegetative beings during their.
