Abstract:
Human assisted reproductive technology brings tremendous impact on the society,ethics and morality increasingly.Since it led to the separation of birth from marriage,a series of ethical problems are also triggered as follows.Basic ethical relations of human family are destroyed,and family structure is diversified.Blood marriage emerges,and reproductive technologies and organs are commercialized.In order to coordinate medical sciences and the relationship between ethics and morality,making it not only helpful for the development of life sciences and technology,but also contribute to maintain the ethical order of human society,it is necessary to seek corresponding technical specifications and support of legal system in the framework of ethics.
